Hi I'm Chauna. I am a California native. I have been living in DC for the last 11 years. I found Breathwork a few years ago when after a string of failed relationships and businesses. I found myself in a negative rut that I could not shake. Through Breathwork, I have learned to forgive myself and release the expectations of others. I am slowly peeling back the layers of low self-worth, and extreme levels of self-scrutiny and learning to love myself. Most importantly, I am learning to receive love from others with an open heart. I love holding space for others in Breathwork and helping them heal.
Breathwork is the rocket ship of meditation. An active breathing pattern quiets the brain, and the breath ushers out negative energy/thoughts. Sessions are performed lying down and require zero previous experience with meditation or healing modalities of any kind. The Breathwork session consists of a sharing circle with intention setting, followed by a 30 minute guided Breathwork Meditation.
