Join us for a Breath Work Meditation. We will discuss our personal myths- the stories that we tell ourselves, the thoughts and beliefs that we incorporate into our actions on a daily basis (sometimes subconsciously). We will discuss ways to dispel these myths followed by a Breath Work Meditation to release negative thoughts, patterns, and habits from our bodies.
No meditation experience necessary. Sharing is optional.
Participants, please bring whatever you need to be comfortable lying down on the floor. The following items are optional but HIGHLY suggested: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask/pillow/scarf and a water bottle.
